FAQ:

Q:My equipment is Grandfathered in so i do not need to report or change my equipment out.

A:The law clearly states zero emissions has to be reached, and no exceptions.

Q:I will just wait till they fine me before i start implementing zero methane program.

A:Reporting is mandatory and you will be liable for 2024 at $900.00, and beginning 2025 $1200.00.

Q:What are the benefits in reporting and getting started in 2024?

A:Lowering your fine first, and then getting your carbon credits so you can use them to sell to others who are in the need of them.

Q:With the new administration they will use executive order to remove this.

A:This is a law and it will take a super majority to repeal this law. This law is here to stay.

Q:What is your Warranty on your product?

A:1 Year on everything unless mother nature is involved

Q:Does support cost us after the warranty is over?
